Well there have been times I just needed some one-on-one support from either a friend or the custom support for the software. But nowadays it's easy to just search on a search engine for the issues and hopefully you find help. I really hope this forum will be a great help in the future for anyone with software issues whatever it may be.

About a year ago I received some online support from Steinberg regarding issues I was having with Cubase, which is their music recording and editing software.
