If you are using outlook express change your email client to mozilla thunderbird as it can sense fraudulent emails.
These emails looks trustworthy but thunderbird behaves as they are not and you will get a message that the email has been tagged as fraudulent.
Anyway thunderbird is a much better email client than outlook express.
