Here is my problem

Here is my problem that I have with Dell. I bought a laptop about a year ago, and It was working fine everything was ok until one day. I want to say about a month ago, the screen started acting up. externall and internall. First the hendges became lose and then the wires on the inside ended up detaching so now my whole entire computer doesn't work. I don't know if it's a dell malfunction or what but all I know it has caused me not to want to buy another one. I tried to get it fixed but was told that it was even fixable.

Ouch I feel with you, but im not sure what to say to help you. I would definetely contact dell support directly for this issue. How long warranty did you get on your dell product ?

Sorry to hear about your problem.

I'm not sure if I understand, but here's just a thought: If the problem is that your screen's wires have become detached, have you tried running an exterior monitor, or is that what you mean when you say "external and internal?"
