About a year ago I called Microsoft with a question about an issue I was having uploading MP3s to a production music site. I thought that since I'd upgraded to the latest Windows Media Player, that it was stripping some information from my MP3s, as it which bit rate they were. I'm still not sure what was happening.

But they were as helpful as could be during the phone conversation, and to my surprise they called me the next day to see how it was going.

My ISP/phone company could learn something from Microsoft about customer service.

Has anyone else here had any experience with them like this?
